Intro to Drawing

The Hastings Arts Center is excited to host an Intro to Drawing Class offered by Jeremy Haney of JDH Fine Art. This class will meet on Thursdays for 6 consecutive weeks starting on April 11, 2024.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed for beginner artists to explore the basics of drawing and sketching. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the tools and exercises to creatively see the three-dimensional world transformed two-dimensionally.
WHEN: THURSDAYS--April 11 through May 9 from 3:30-5:30pm
COST: $90 per student
WHO: Students ages 14 and older; Adults welcome
CLASS MAXIMUM is 8
Paying the Class Fee: After you register, an invoice will be sent to the email you provide. You may pay the invoice online (online fees will be added) or you may pay with cash or check. You may submit payment in person at 216 4th St E, Hastings, MN 55033. You can also send a check by mail to the same address. Checks are payable to Blessings Academy. Please write "Drawing Class" in the memo line. Payment for the class must be paid in full by the first day of the class.
SUPPLIES: Students will be responsible to provide their own supplies. Upon a student's registration and payment for the class, a supplies list and where to purchase them will be sent to your email so students can purchase their supplies BEFORE the first day of the class (before April 11).
